Michael F. Romano, Esq.

Michael F. Romano was born and raised Hartford, Connecticut. He graduated from St. Augustine and Bulkeley HS. He obtained advance degrees in Accounting, Finance and Economics from Avila University and a Masters of Arts Degree in Management from the University of Nebraska. He began the practice of law in 1983 and has represented thousands of clients in legal matters over the years. He is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Real Estate Bar of Massachusetts, the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Real Property Section, the Unauthorized Practice of Law Sub-Committee of the Real Property Section, the Connecticut Bar Association section on Professional Discipline, the Hartford County and Greater New Britain Bar Associations.

He is a past president of the Greater New Britain Bar and frequently authors the Professional Discipline Digest in the Connecticut Lawyer Magazine.

Attorney Eric Parker has been practicing law in Rocky Hill since 2011.

In that time he’s successfully represented clients in a diverse variety of cases including commercial litigation, real estate, estate matters, personal injury and wrongful death claims, property tax and insurance appeals, and transactional matters. He’s also done extensive work involving the Connecticut Home Improvement Act, representing both homeowners and contractors on both sides of construction disputes through judgment.

Whether it’s through a favorable verdict after trial or a settlement that resolves a dispute without litigation, Attorney Parker prides himself on fighting to get each client the best outcome possible.

He is a Connecticut native who graduated from East Lyme High School before going on to earn a degree from the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism. In 2010, he graduated with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

In addition to his work at Romano Parker & Associates, Attorney Parker previously co-anchored WFSB’s Eyewitness News This Morning, Connecticut’s most watched news program during his 10 years at the desk. He worked as a journalist in Connecticut, Delaware and Washington, DC prior to being admitted to the Bar.

John Robacynski, Esq.

John Robacynski, Esq.

John Robacynski focuses his practice on civil litigation for a wide variety of business and individual clients. Contributing to his success as a litigation attorney was his previous work as corporate counsel for several major corporations. There he developed an expertise in commercial and corporate legal matters, and he has handled a number of significant cases including obtaining an ex-parte federal injunction, drafting the winning brief before the Connecticut Supreme Court, obtaining a $405K judgment against a home inspection company and a $1.5M arbitration award stemming from a breach of license agreement. John also engaged in trade secret, product liability and creditor work for his clients, as well as engaging in appellate practice. He is a Connecticut native, received his B.A. from Fairfield University and his J.D. from Ohio Northern University, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. John also holds an LL.M. in business from Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is admitted to the Connecticut Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. John is married with two children and resides in Fairfield.
