Eric S. Parker, Esq.
Eric S. Parker, Esq. is the firm’s principal. In addition to managing the firm, his practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation, estate planning and numerous business and consumer issues.
Prior to being admitted as an attorney, Attorney Parker spent two decades working in television, mostly at WFSB-TV, Connecticut’s CBS affiliate. While there he served as co-anchor of Eyewitness News This Morning and was the longtime chief investigative reporter on the Channel 3 I-Team. After switching his primary career focus to the law in 2020, Attorney Parker continued to work part-time at the station, primarily as moderator of the station’s Sunday interview program, which has long been the most-watched public affairs show in the state.
Attorney Parker graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in broadcast journalism and with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He lives in Old Lyme with his wife and their son.
Nicholas A. Valinsky, Esq.
Nicholas A. Valinsky, Esq., is a seasoned and accomplished attorney with a passion for advocating for his clients and their families. Attorney Valinsky’s practice focuses on civil litigation involving large and small businesses as well as both commercial and residential real estate. He regularly represents both homeowners and contractors alike in home improvement and construction disputes. He is a problem solver who analyzes each conflict with a distinct pragmatism to resolve his client’s concerns as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Attorney Valinsky takes pride in assisting his clients navigate the often long and complicated probate administration process when a loved one dies as well as assisting his clients properly prepare with estate planning documents.
He is a tireless advocate for his clients who have been injured in a car accident as a result of negligent drivers.
Attorney Valinsky has a vast array of knowledge with respect to creditor’s rights, account receivable and debt collection having argued hundreds of cases to judgment and has assisted many corporate and individual clients in collecting their past due receivables.
He is admitted in both State and Federal District Court in Connecticut. He is also a licensed attorney in State of Massachusetts.
After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in History, he went on to graduate from Western New England University School of Law. He lives in Wethersfield with his wife, daughter and his dog Beau.
Sean M. Keleher, Esq.
Sean M. Keleher, Esq. is a dedicated attorney whose practice focuses on transactional and litigation matters.
Attorney Keleher graduated from Western New England School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at Springfield College. He started at the firm as an intern and has clerked with us throughout the completion of law school, where he demonstrated a strong work ethic and a keen aptitude for the legal profession. That experience has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of our firm’s practice areas, allowing him to contribute effectively to transactional and litigation matters.
After being admitted to the bar, Attorney Keleher transitioned seamlessly into a full-time role, leveraging his experience and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our clients. He brings with him a passion for the law, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to furthering his professional development.
John Robacynski, Esq.
John Robacynski focuses his practice on civil litigation for a wide variety of business and individual clients. Contributing to his success as a litigation attorney was his previous work as corporate counsel for several major corporations. There he developed an expertise in commercial and corporate legal matters, and he has handled a number of significant cases including obtaining an ex-parte federal injunction, drafting the winning brief before the Connecticut Supreme Court, obtaining a $405K judgment against a home inspection company and a $1.5M arbitration award stemming from a breach of license agreement. John also engaged in trade secret, product liability and creditor work for his clients, as well as engaging in appellate practice. He is a Connecticut native, received his B.A. from Fairfield University and his J.D. from Ohio Northern University, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. John also holds an LL.M. in business from Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is admitted to the Connecticut Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. John is married with two children and resides in Fairfield.
Francesco Salimbeni
While not employed by Romano Parker & Associates, Attorney Francesco Salimbeni is an Italian attorney, admitted to practice all over Italy since 2004, who works from our Rocky Hill office while assisting his clients in Connecticut.
He is accredited at the United States Embassy in Rome. He is a member of the International Law Committee of the Rome Bar, and he served as President of Rome Bar Examining Committee. Also, he is admitted to practice in Connecticut as a Foreign Legal Consultant and as Authorized House Counsel. He served as member of arbitration boards (commercial disputes).
He cares for the interests of individuals living in US, with respect to assets located in Italy (inheritances; real estate; bonds; retirement benefit). He practices in front of any Court in Italy, in any instance.
Attorney Salimbeni represents American citizens in getting Italian citizenship. Also, he assists them in buying a house in Italy, or in researching possible properties inherited in Italy, both lands and building units. Moreover, he assists them in claiming compensatory damages in Italy.
He represents businesses. For instance, he represented a US business in purchasing wine from Italy, and he represented an Italian business in negotiating a patent license agreement in US (biotech)
